While I am long IVN there is a small company next door that has 10 times the property completely surround the IVN discovery at Torquoise Hill. A quick look at a map will show you the property borders and that IVN can not get on or off of tourquoise hill with out crossing this companies land. While IVN will likely trade higher than it's current $1b mkt cap the neighbors are trading at a $10 mkt cap... leaving much upside. As IVN extends its discovery north it is now approx 400 meters from their neighbors border. The company has very experienced mining mgmt and is currently on the property.
