N video clip. Just read the following Re: Mr. Friedland

Ivanhoe Mines Limited and it's Chinese based Co-owner and partners know, as Mr. Friedland clearly stated, that all of the top miners are interested in the Western Foreland project.
It's absolutely no sacrifice to 'sell' an earn-in to a company such a BHP, provided that BHP principals would be most accomodating of IVN's intention to raise vast sums of capital in order to expidite the further development of the WF project toward necessarily becoming a operating mine in and of itself.

Yes. KK's cash flow can certainly provide for any requisite expenditures required to expidite the development of the Western Foreland project; there is little to no doubt about that Resivo.
However, Ivanhoe Mines would have to use it's own monies and incrementally building fiscal capacitance in order to do so in as quick a time frame as is preferred.

Given the amount of various projects which Mr. Friedland, along with a growing list of would be co- investors and partnering companies, would be intending to develop into full fledged mines in their own right, e.g. the platreef and/or plenty of other projects found within the Congo and elswhere - welcome back to operating a mine within Canada Mr. Friedland -; it would certainly be prudent to allow a company such as BHP and perhaps GM, for example, to gain access to co-investing in such rich metals deposits bearing lands.
To expidite the development of so many available prospects into full fledged operating and quite profitable mines at the same time, would be a endeavor which Mr. Friedland and his fellow Chinese Co-owners and other partners and investors (including the Congolese peoples, without a doubt) would ultimately need some very heafty fianacial assistance with.

I am in no way suggesting that the Chinese based investors would not have access to the financial resources which would be required for so many projects being advanced in a expedited fashion concurrently.
What I am clearly suggesting is that Mr. Friedland always thinks far in advance, in terms of just how many globally relevant Co-investors and partners he needs to draw into mutually beneficial investments; investments which comprehensively benefit all parties drawing synergies by way of gaining exclusive access to locking down a adequate supply of requisite Battery Electric Vehicles centric metals.
My friend, you have to know the man's mind in order to see where and how fast he is intending to go; this after having planned for and taken his 'pole position' in such pivotally important investments relating to ESG centric and Co2 credits trading endeavors, e.g. enabling EV battery cells and proprietary grid and micro grid battery storage systems technologies being just a few of the aforementions 'investments'.
It would be somewhat counterintuitive for some to do so, never the less, at times you would be well served by not concentrating on what is happening for Mr. Friedland with the Congo's KK or Platreef.
Instead, concentrating a while on discovering what other 'synergistic investments' Mr. Friedland controls, these would be investments which are entirely compatible with Mr. Friedland's overall ESG centric objectives and entirely applicable in terms of Mr. Friedland being well capable of drawing more globally recognizable and financially much more 'capable' corporations to join Mr. Friedland and 'friends' going froward, actually provides you with a much greater insight and understanding as to exactly which 'globally recognizable' corporate behemoths are going to be introduced by Mr. Friedland and 'friends' to the mix.

Everybody participating at this bulletin board is going to absolutely love what Mr. Friedland has planned going forward.
In one single day the Ivanhoe Mines Limited share price will be made to go parabolic from current share price points.
Everybody and their cousin is going to try to pile into Ivanhoe Mines Limited before the stock is halted.
Have you ever seen so many institutional investment managers actually rolling up their sleeves and pulling out all the stops in order to have their teams go about securing as large of a IVN position as they can possibly get their hands on?
Just stay tuned my friend.

Hey Topadvisor1. Here's to another couple of million coming your way.

1Student, if you are still young, absolutely go all in on Ivanhoe. My biggest investment regret was that I wasn't more adventurous and aggressive while I was still young in the 80's and 90's: Microsoft, Apple, Oracle, Amazon, etc. Just recognize that there's always a chance you could get totally wiped out in the short term. If you are under 40, you will have plenty of time to ...more

I just wish the first  of my IVPAF purchases (at $0.73 U.S.) had been 500,000 shares rather than a rather timid 10,000 shares. Had that been the case, I'd likely be sitting on a beach in St. Barts now, rather than reading silly rants on stock message boards...

This might jog a few memories, Iomega, one of my biggest regrets from the 90's GLTA

I've got just one story about a Chinese 'internet start that went public during the mid 90's for you nextime. I couldn't get a piece of it then, the day it IPO'd. This was during Nortel's heyday and well before the then developing dot.com carnage ocurred. Try "Crayfish" and another one was 360 Networks, a very early fiber optics player laying all kinds of then ...more
