YOU DON'T OWN. YAH EXACTLY. Tesla was attacked verbally in 2013 and 2017 to 19 so these CROOKS CAN SHORT THE STOCK. By DISTORTING info and doing everythig to trash the company so they can make money by shorting Tesla stock. He said, We don't have shorting in PRIVATE COMPANIES so it should and WILL BE ILLEGAL IN THE FUTURE DOING IT TO PUBLIC COMPANIES. AMEN TO THAT. I DIDN'T agree to let anyone my shares so if they borrow it from the broker, they are STEALING FROM ME and the broker is also 100% responsible for the THEFT. What is the JAIL TERM nowdays for THEFT OVER 5000 ??? Over two years MINIMUM and a MAXIMUM OF 10 YEARS, YES 10 YEARS. I believe. The person shorting and the broker are FULLY AWARE they are taking something that DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. How would you like it if someone came along and grabbed the keys to your car or better yet your house and said to you, don't worry I will sell it and in time buy it back in and give it back to you. AND ALL THIS WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION ??? Most would get shot trying that. We will be in court in time and sue ANY brokerage that ALLOWS SHORTING. If you want to play the DOWN SIDE of a stock, that's PRECISELY WHAT OPTIONS ARE FOR and no matter how many puts you buy, you DO NOT AFFECT THE SHARE PRICE AT ALL, like shorting DOES and can drop the share price artificially even in a positive market and positive news out.The laweyrs are lining up to fight this in court and I for one am willing to spend the few hiundred thousand it will take to END THIS ILLEGAL BS FOR GOOD. Musk said this practise should have been STOPPED LONG TIME AGO. AMEN TO THAT ELON.

TSLQ easy as that to short Tesla and i love it, Great way to short China just so many Elon fan boys all in on TSLA holding it up ;)
