so when you decide to take a profit and sell,  are you a clown then?

....but there will be enough clowns around to buy in soon (after the wolves got in and start howling "hey hey 15-20"......), and then they'll be taken to the cleaners. .....and the relevant facts/market assessments for IVN have not changed. Do not get fooled,..if there is no news from IVN then this all factored into the share price, and you stand to loose a lot unless you are a ...more

Facts? What are the facts of those default provisions in the loan documents?  I see lots of posting about "facts" without any facts but plenty of hedged negative sounding statements.  Is "facts" the new word replacing "trust the science" with everything else like growth rate now misinformation?

Any loan of that volume will have default triggers, so if RF defaults on his personal loans, the bank will liquidate the shares/and that will happen in such way as the bank sees fit. Cash, you are absolutely correct.  Point is Donnie pertends to present "facts" that are actually speculation of the private terms and when proposed as facts are um disinformation. Along with plenty of other so called "facts" along the way.

Anyway here is the literal excerpt from RFs press release with a few underlinings from ...more

Donald, Good god man. It's a collateralized loan.  The terms you laid out are pretty much how every collateralized loan works. I am guessing you have never had a secured loan in your life. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.  Moving on.....
