The thing you never got AlwaysWrong is most people here aren't interested in buying speculative penny stocks. Especially ones where the debt is higher than the market cap and the assets are moderate to weak.  Florence is a tier 2 asset at best, if in fact it ever gets up and running.  They have been saying 18 months away or the last 4 years.  Tons of execution risk there. &
