Market doesn't like the offer for the 5% debentures

The market's reaction seems to indicate that the offer is not well received. There is literally no buying pressure for the "U" series since this morning.

Hopefully, enough holders respond with "no" to the offer early on, so that they either cancel their offer or make an offer that reflects market value.
