RE:RE:Asset to debtOne potential problem may be that the EBITDARM coverage ratio was slightly below 1, yet it is improving. Not sure if it is at or above 1 now since they report 3 months behind due to operator reporting consolidation. Anyway, if they sold all their assets while paying off debts and buying back shares, they could likely pay at least $4 USD to each and all remaining shareholders.
