It's not that straightforward. 1) Don't forget that the shorts must PAY the dividend while they are short the stock. 2) It's not a give that the price would drop if the cut the dividend; it often goes up in such cases. 3) Personally, I'd like to see them drop the yield to 9%, which would still be decent and would bring P/O ratio under 100%.
