My preference would have been for them to continue to pay monthly, but quarterly is less expensive and will probably reduce the stress level of shareholders who will hopefully watch the share price with less angst.




I used $6 as a base because that is near yesterdays close which coincides with the recent events of the sale of assets & div. cut. My avg. cost is $6.95, but I bought this to be a long term hold, and I'm pretty comfortable with where they're going. BTW, I expect we may be @ $7 quite soon.
