This means for every share you hold of the stock you get 1 share for every 33 you own.

Also, I don't know the exact switch over of the two types of debt. But, through the recapitalization we will be giving them shares in the company, so the company can deal with the debt it owes, all while strengthening the business by turning debt with interest at 8.5% into equity holders in the company saving the company millions a year just in interest payments.

I hope that's helpful. I'm sure if you Google it you can find the exact information on the convertable debts, ect. But, im just knowledgeable able the stock, not the debt.
