RE: Guess on Price Movement"It's the cheap valuation of the gold in the ground together with the realization that the value will begin to be monetized with the bulk sample production. The Mackie report probably has had more effect than most of us realize."
I agree completely. Mackie is not a fly by not shop. Been around a LONG time. Barry Allan is no boiler shop hack either. Some of his prior calls were very in line with reality. Interesting note....you don't find many legitimate analysts out there that will say the stock is 300% undervalued. As a matter of fact, most of Mackie's other estimates are more in line with what you expect (20-30%).
"Also, I'll tell you what I do like about management, they don't dilute the shares. That's why there is so much value here. I'd rather have clumsy management that looks out for shareholders over the long term than more skillful management looking out for themselves."
AMEN BROTHER! That is THE number one criteria I have when looking for winners. I start there and then dig. Has to qualify there before I even bother. I think they have and will do a fine job. For better or for worse, the whole point on minimal dilution is to BENEFIT the shareholder not spite them. The jr market is awash with shysters who have destroyed shareholder value with unnecessary capital raises.
Up until now, this has been by far the lack of a marketed story. Brian is doing a fantastic job and works like an animal.
At the end of the day, we will see 8+ a share at a min. The resource est includes the results from 09 and before. So much blue sky here. For a person who just stumbles along KDX by word of mouth, it still is hard to believe it trades below $5.
