Management, Discussion, and Analysis. Look it up on SEDAR. Comes out quarterly. The water issue seems to be under control but is still an issue. THey have sepnt a small fortune to manage it. They could continue to run into this problem. I beleive they've hired another consulitng firm to better assist with the plan.

 

I don't know much about K2. I did like their board selections
