RE: whois(pountney) Not sure who he is. Have been researching this for two months. He now owns more than 13% though. I think KDX get's bought for a little over 2 a share now. That's the problem with the current price. A 30-40% premium over the standard 90 dma not much. I'm thinking an offer will be made in 6 or less months
