RE:July 2 and Paul buying KLDX stock in the open market

RE:July 2 and Paul buying KLDX stock in the open marketCash: Not sure it makes a difference.  In the last few days, we have seen 6-8 large sales of 30-80K shares.  I have to assume that this is coming from the institutional/money funds, so mgmt needs to find a way to change the negative narrative thats in the market since the drilling results were released.

I still do not know why those numbers were released the way they were. (ie showing one good drill hole kind of paints a picture that it was just an outlier statistically and that Hollister doesn't have much gold.) While we know those areas were never the main focus on the property, they neither explained that well nor tied the drill numbers into a more positive narrative (like . . we now realize that there is more widespread/additional gold deposits which could expand the mine life of  HG. . . . & are now eager to get more feedback on the scale of the main deposit in the 3rd qtr)

I Think if they want to avoid a take-over condition at a low price, they need a policy of "do no damage" with respect to any announcements.  For example, in this case, why not just wait and release the data with HG?
