KLDX should be on top of the list.

KLDX is affordable and attractive to anyone with a 3-4X market cap vs. them.
That is the sweet spot relative to share dilution of the acquirer assuming some excess cash
is also used.

SSRM fits the bill perfectly; IAG, GFI, even KL.   SSRM and GFI could team up as they did with Kirkland last November when KLDX was almost 60 % higher and gold was lower than today.

BTW - the acquirer does not give a sh^t about how the accounting f'd over the SP, they will just switch back to Canadian standard they use anyway.  Curiously, the accounting move to US GAAP was necessitated by the GDXJ having all those shares, which they sold off in the re-balance a few months back.  KLDX got wacked 2X for this fiasco.
