If I was buying now be as good a time as ever. Kirkland, Goldcorp? If KDX was a conventional UG or open pit miner, then I would definitely be of the above view. My uncertainty relates to the fact that KDX is a specialist narrow vein miner with a close knit managment history. I like your analysis, and the reason I thought SSRI (Silver Std) made more sense. They bought canadian miner Claude Resources (which I owned at the time) and didn't worry about their specialty skills and then bought the Nevada Marigold mine which is in our neighborhood. They also want to expand their gold resources to balance their silver resources. Compared to their current gold ...more
