KLDX Odd Closing Price Friday Vs. Today's Open

Odd KLDX closed at 4:00 PM at $ 3.00 on Friday Aug 4th. I saw this with my own eyes on Yahoo Finance.

Over the weekend Yahoo Finance showed a price of $ 2.90. However, Canadian ticker KDX closed at $ 3.79 which reflected the $ 3.00 USD accurately!

Now KLDX today up 4 cents to $ 2.94, so after 4:00 PM the closing price did actually "change" to the $ 2.90 since today up 4 cents. Yet Canadian ticker did close at $ 3.79...very odd at the exchange rate CAD ticker should have closed around $ 3.71! Something is being manipulated here.

Can anyone explain this?? I have seen last week two the US KLDX plunge 3-4 pennies right around 4 PM not reflected in the Canadian ticker. But Friday's was 10 cents far greater.

Someone printed it down right at the bell on the US ticker.  They don't have to trade together.  This isn't the first time its happened - a low print way outside the market at the end of the day.  IMO it is someone shorting quickly as the market closes and thins out to make the close look worse than it actually is.
