You are better off to wait until you until your brokerage firm sends information from a legal firm that wants to contact you........especially if you have a large po$ition. The only one I ever got any substantial $$$ back was when Silvercorp lied about their resource estimate. Keep good records as it took a good 8 hours to fill out all the paperwork. I didn't get every penny but it was worth the effort for managements lies.
