Yeah....this isn't normal

Yeah....this isn't normalWhatever is going on here or whoever is intionally surpressing the stock price, this will continue unless something leaks or the company releases some news. It seems that whatever is taking place in the company, whether an asset purchase or something entirely different, is going to impact the stock materially speaking. Like i mentioned in my previous post last week, this was evident then and even more obvious now.......and assume will continue.

By experience, this seems to an acquisition "in-progress" on the behalf of Kelt. Though i would have prefered the company to sell out entirely or sold assets by piece meal and then paid out a lump sum divvy........i guess this would be the next optimal option. Though i did not buy the stock for this purpose or as a long term investmnet, i will remain to see how this plays out. I'm curious to see that there now seems to be some mention of a possible Nuvista-Kelt merger on this BB. Possible? Sure.....i guess....as i did have it as a possiblity on my intail analysis pro Inga sale. Is it the best option for Kelt? Depends at what cost really. Since Kelt sold all Inga production for ~38k/boepd, it would only make sense to purchase Nuvista or partial assets for less than 30k.....optimal would be about 25k where it would make absolute sense. Question then becomes would Nuvista or anyone else agree to such terms? Tough to answer when desperation & greed are involved on both ends.

Imo though, if this is the path the company has chosen, to stay and accumulate assets. Then i would say there are much better potential "individual" targets than Nuvista. There is NO need to pick up their heavy debt and smaller acquitions could still be done in a targeted & tactical manner without re-burdenning the company with massive debt again. In this instance, i would say to the company to use their stock leverage "wisely" and make sure that if this is the direction you go, to strategically acumulate assets for a larger purpose and not for a repeat of the same past mistakes. The market will not give you second chance.

Good luck to all..........
