Exactly less ARO, extending the economical life of the well, lower overall costs, fewer tie in's, more meaningful work overs, etc. That is what makes wembley/pipestone very attractive

When the biggest avenue by far for improved efficiency is lateral length, having various interests owning small blocks of land rights here and there that in effect block 3-4 mile wells is detrimental

That is a good point, and Wembley/Pipestone currently does not have a plan for expansion beyone 124 MMcf a day which could represent roughly 40,000 boe/day. Maybe the threshold for an asset sale.

Very fair statement I look forward to next fall and winter after a few quarters of production increases. The low debt is nice bonus that they don't have to deal with the float is low would be nice
