Yup, confirmed, the data on CNN is based on Ninepoints reporting as of June 30.

Also checked the positions for MEG, CPG and VII...the # of shares owned all match

Looking at the Ninepoint Partners LP Interim Financial Statements June 30, 2020, which you can find on Sedar (posted Aug 31, 2020), it shows Nutalls energy fund holding 6,000,000 shares of Kelt at an average price of $1.97 (Avg cost of 11,823,424/6,000,000 =$1.97/per share), pg. 19
