RE:Slowly trended down 20% in a week..You're comparing apples and oranges.  They have no debt and none planned.  The share price won't swing as much with commodity prices like their more leveraged peers but actually right now they are better for that very reason - leaving it in the ground instead of using up some of the highest graded locations (which is what everybody drills first, no?) to trade 4 quarters for a dollar. 

And most importantly, buying, developing and selling land is what they do and what we're investing in, and the upside is the same regardless if they have $300M debt or none without the financial aggravation (to say the least) of being forced to sell a primo asset at a discount by nervous bankers.

If they do borrow to acquire assets, we can be fairly certain it will be a very good deal on their (banking) terms this time.
