What's next, telling us that Joseph Schacter got his Bellatrix top pick wrong? 

You can do better than that sport, share some real knowledge not fluff like the below.

Of course, large and leveraged producers have the highest torque so no surprise Kelt was lagging during the recent rally. But as often discussed here, it is debt free and it has good undeveloped or little developed assets.
The management has a very good track record if one remembers Celtic and other deals. It has many options and probably has a good idea what to do next but in no rush to come up with a plan and share it with the public. One has to be patient here and worry about other stocks.
