My guess.....assuming that there's an actual TO in the process.......or at the VERY least somekind of major transmortation ongoing in the company...........being either some divestiture or spinoff or some combo of both....then i assume as it's usually the case, it's the insiders that KNOW before anyone else publicly what's about to go down....including to a few folks (ie the MM's) close to those "insiders" that it has leaked down to. And usually that's the brokerages, parties & indivuduals that are involved or close to those that are.......who have been buying up the shares UNTIL it reaches its CRITICAL value. Which i beleive is around these levels. This is what happens when the assets are eventually "monteized" to their actual value in a major transaction and it's been leaked to hanfull of peoplel..
