This is why I am a Kelt shareholder. I don't need a monthly dividend and am concerned about long term capital appreciation.

Kelt's team thinks of value creation a bit differently. I feel that a lot of producers get stuck in the BOE/D mindset and that can be destructive to shareholder capital. Rather than maximizing shareholder value they end up empire building.

One day I will wake up and they will have disposed of a significant property or perhaps the whole company. I don't know when that happens but my hope would be within the next 5 years.
