If the Kelt Team are going to acquire
assets or a full company, they probably need to move sooner rather than later. All the AB/BC Nat Gassers seem to be in a consistent uptrend.
Could miss out and be left with no debt, but also low production and a long slow climb back to anything meaningful in terms of production/investment worthy.

if anything Kelt would like a good acquisition for other similar companies with reasonable debt and good production.
