To harvest those green fields a salesteamis needed to help back up Barry and the rest in their efforts..just imo. There is only so much these fellows can do, as kls starts to ramp up for growth..and imo a dedicated sales team, even starting with one person to cover some of the many bases, beyond the trade fairs and what John and STeve and as I say Barry and the other directors are doing...on top of what they are also doing to keep the company inorder is needed ASAP...just imo. THIS is to help what the guys are doing now...they need a full time sales team...doing sales and only sales...and hopefully this will come on line as the sales grow in 2006. As far as I can tell these folks need only cast a line out into the waters and then reel in the sales..BUT they need more staff to do this. To suppliment the excellent work they are already doing...imo it has gone beyond the MOM and POP garage and weekend/periodic sales visits..to needing door to door....to suppliment the NR"s and Promos etc..that are already happening. This is one very busy team...imo...and imo they need help via sales people who only do this function...sell.
