If that's the reason for the recent small decrease in share price, it seems a long way out to when the Gloucester Centre development is finished.

The annual report says they are targeting 30% of the portfolio outside of Atlantic Canada by 2020, so the proportion in Ontario will be within that 30%.

Will be interesting to see whether developers build even less Ontario rental housing, with the new legislation.
