Nothing so grandiose as ETFs or the like ..Like Pengrowth, this issue is being targetted by (strongarm, SWFs, Hedge Fund)(s) etc, selling short. They have endless cash to simply decimate the price to a level that is pre-determined. They want this to go back to .60 for conversation's sake. The point is, that there is nothing that you or I can do about it except wait until they are done. No point in getting run over by a oncoming train ..

A buyout offer would a) not be too surprising given the nature of the price action. and b. instantly reverse the pps direction. E.G. we'd be heading back up in a hurry.
