Merger of 2 mines
The price of KL and Newmarket is rather irrelevant given it was a floating price between the announcement and the date at which they became one company. I find this whole conversation irrelevant anyway because KNT does not need to merge with another company. I was a shareholder of Newmarket gold and did not like the merger with KL because Newmarket gold had a gem of a mine. Even Eric Sprott later admitted what a mistake he had made by encouraging the 2 companies to merge because KL was able to ride on the back of the Fosterville mine towards a massive increase in share price. That mistake does not need to be repeated here. KNT also has a great mine. Let the company develop the mine and increase the value for shareholders through internal growth. When it reaches maturity as a mine, then you can consider selling it to get value for shareholders.

if it's material nonpublic information, they wouldn't have emailed it to you. If you want to keep it to yourself that's fine but it's not necessary.
