Would really like to see the landowner agreement finalized. Thought it should be in place by now.Know they are paying their copper taxes,so relations should be in good standings.Drilling results should be welcomed. As JL said they are hitting mineralization in every hole!

I agree, the MOA (signed agreement) is very important. The last I read is they had an agreement in principle (not an easy thing to do with all the landowners) and it was supposed to be signed in q4/20. Hopefully soon.

lets hope it is just bureaucracy at work and not something else more sinister regarding the MOA...the more the delay the more likely something is amiss....hmmmm  who knows...I get the feeling the government wants to revise revise revise in their favor

Goldstd69, that is what I am worried about too! Especially when every news release shows everything (drilling results, production and CASH position) improving dramatically!

This thing (MOA) takes time in places like PNG. I have a first-hand experience dealing within a country that ….shall we say was less than developed when comes to rules & regulations for exploiting minerals – it was oil & gas in my case. What did strike me was that locals almost always assumed that they were being taken advantage of ….exploited & were consistently asking for a ‘better ...more
