I have been reading all these the posts about Karnalyte Resources Inc. for some time now, quite carefully. Including by
LegalExperience, iknowdeal, yourself,FertzrSalesGuy, MissingA9, arctan2x and all of the others. The important and most guilty parties have yet to log on to this blog site.
My name is Johannes Von Hardenberg. That is my full legal name and unlike some others on this site, I am not hiding behind the anonymity that the internet provides and my handle is my own name.

My siblings and I went to school with Mr. Erwin Singh Braich. If not for the malicious petition against Mr. Braich whereby KPMG was appointed the trustee, (much has been written about this over the past 16+ years –
www.justiceandtruthforall.org), he would have been offering to buy K+S, with or without my family as partners, and not just Karnalyte.
I want everyone to know that I know most everything that transpired with regards to the two signed agreements and The Braich Loan Agreement. My colleagues and I, are aware of the involvement of Mr. Julius Brinkman, Mr. Quentin Plester, and others with regards to the work they have been doing for Karnalyte.
Also a lot of people in the world are aware that the 3 directors from GSFC have been doing some things as well with regards to Karnalyte.
I have been to the site in Wynyard and have met most all of the staff members of Karnalyte as well and have visited the office in Saskatoon located on Faithfull Avenue. I am also aware that very recently Karnalyte closed its offices in Okotoks, Alberta. In fact I was in Okotoks at the time this was taking place. I have heard many sordid stories about the actions of many of the former executives and management of this company.
The Braich Group’s deal is a win win for everyone. I sure hope that the accurate information is being given to all of those involved. A long drawn out litigation does not benefit anyone, (except the big companies), but the way our transaction, negotiated in very good faith, is now stalled and after receiving daily reports of the actions of The Karnalyte Team (including management, directors, agents and others), that is what might be needed unfortunately so that the truth can surface much sooner rather than later.
Much of the conduct, if true, based on the posts I have read from other people so far and gleaned from the information I have personally been presented, also needs to be scrutinized and revisited, because a clear pattern seems to be emerging.
I personally and others are very disappointed with the actions of some of those involved and hope that things can be resolved sooner rather than later. If need be I along with many others are prepared to testify in Canada and/or the United States, so that everyone will know what exactly has happened and there are no more questions or doubts which are being created by people hiding behind different names and titles, that obviously have different agendas.
If the already dubious integrity in certain courts that have dealt some road blocks for our team and Mr. Braich, comes into play, then we will unravel and uncover what happened, just as we have in the past 16+ years.
We will leave no stone unturned and I personally am prepared to hire a former Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalists such has Eric Lipton, Chris Hamby, Brett Blacklidge, David Barstow or Susan Schmidt.
So far I have yet to come across anyone that has given their real name and provided any contact information. Most everyone is operating from the shadows on this site and that is not my style and I do not want to see a company like Karnalyte suffer through needless litigation because of human error, or egos.
The world needs the potash that this project can produce. To put it plainly and simply, humanity needs this project to move forward, so everyone needs to get over themselves and do what’s right.
BTW - The post by iknowdeal is 100% accurate. A lot of parties know exactly what The Braich Group’s original agreement was and revised agreement is. What GSFC and others are doing in the background will be of great interest as this now drags out.
