RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Everything touched turns to Manure!Maybe they realized the deal would not see the light of day but they still wanted the finders fee? So they went rogue and sent out a premature news release for some nefarious purpose?? Perhaps in the hope that it would force the deal through as shareholders might demand that it be accepted?? Failing that strategy maybe they are trying to sue claiming that KRN somehow scuttled the deal.
Geeze I don't think I was too far off when I talked about lawsuits a couple weeks back and people thought that was crazy. Everybody has their eye on that cash and wants a piece. Potash ... whats that lol. These scoundrels will divide up what cash is left and the company will be sold for pennies on the dollar - perhaps satisfying GSFC's desire all along while still ensuring all the vultures are fed. Oh - and retail shareholders - we know what we will get investing in Canadian small cap stocks - deed of gift form after company ceases trading and a big capital loss!!!

With that in mind, it makes no sense that this claim (if legit) is filed only 6 days after the initial proposal to acquire control of a company was made public.......Especially when considering we don't even know if this proposal has been verified as holding any merit by Dundee yet.............
