It is about time shareholders are told the truth about what has been going on behind the scenes, since 2017.
Your group has already publicly stated 3 of your resignations were due to offside behavior regarding the corporation. Maybe the corporation can start there with the investigation.
All we as shareholders can ask for is the truth to make informed decisions, and if you want shareholders support, lets start there. THE TRUTH!
Simple question: Is Mr Wheatley involved in your csg director nominee campaign
As it stands right now, Mr. Rowan, Mr Matson, Mr Szabo, and Mr Zachanowich are co-ordinating this csg which coincidentally made up the majority 4 of 6 board of directors of Karnalyte when shareholders including the founder of the company were attacked publicly in 2018.
Mr Wheatleys was the signatory on the infamous May 2018 "Letter to Shareholders" and it just so happens he is also currently suing our corporation, so I think it is a very fair question to ask if he is also involved behind the scenes.
Your csg had complete control of the company's board room when all of these decisions were made, and you collectively could have stopped it, yet you didnt.
Now you want those very shareholders whose lives were made a living heII the past 2 years to support you without any explanations.
Sounds a bit arrogant dont you think?
