I dont think ballots returned by mail would make it on time, which only leaves online voting, if your proxy information arrives on time.
This gives the csg very little time to respond with their proxy solicitation as they will need to first get an exemption by the ASC.
I have never seen an election that lumps everyone together not allowing shareholders the opportunity to vote for each nominee on a person by person basis, so I am very curious to see how many ballots are marked For and Withhold.
Any shareholders upset with GSFC and the csg are really only given that option, even if they like and want to vote for Mr Anjaria and Mr Scherman.
Should be interesting, but as with any corporate proxy, shareholders need to educate themselves regarding their choices with the designation line on the proxy form and the consequences of leaving a ballot blank.
