Globalism vs nationalism

Just saw an article that made me think of that. The  entire concept is a straw man with one short leg. Everything is global, the air the water the sky the birds the bees the neighbour to the next neighbour as a carpet. But none of it has a centre in reality. The only centre conceivable in thought is the individual into themselves. The real issue is centralization vs decentralization. But even to that point of view the counterpoint has one short leg. To revert to nationalism is just recant to a lesser version centralization. Improvement perhaps but it just breaks to more false sovereigns but not to the alienation of sovereign from self. I suppose the straw man debate sufficiently neuters effectiveness enough to be allowed.

The individual is the ultimate minority

Perhaps what is needed, is two police forces, one to uphold the government decrees and one to uphold the human rights of the individual.. We as individuals are constantly outnumbered and overpowered by police officers whenever we as an individual try to stand up for our God-given rights..We live in a society now where everyone is treated as guilty first, innocent later..It would be fantastic if we ...more

Yes that is legally called reverse onus. The opposite of innocent until proven guilty. It’s premised on approach as if you have no rights until proven otherwise and the other has all rights until proven otherwise. It springs off the divide to artificial sovereign and that begat the so called superior ownership claim to the false sovereign. Ownership( full rights over vs no rights over said) The ...more

How about equal enforcement of constitutional law and rule of law already on the books for EVERYONE! It really isn't any more complicated than that, no need to start over, our founding fathers knew what they were doing.

I couldn't concur more, Highwired. Alas, it is not that simple either. Unfortunately, largely due to complacency, double standards emerge, and when they become entrenched, they are very difficult to irradicate. Some salient recent examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tp3TKp6QWxU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gK3s5j7PgA (and any other video by John Titus)

What's this got to do with KRR? Stick to the topic of this company, it's performance, share price and future prospects and keep your garbage on other subjects off this site.   It is of no interest on those of use that are shareholders of KRR

I appreciate your desire to stay more specifically focussed on matters pertaining to KRR, however, seeing as you have asked, it has to do with why most of us invest in monetary metal mining companies in the first place. What you consider garbage, others of us consider to be matters of pressing concern. These are times that will define the future for decades to come. BTW, I notice you rarely post ...more

stocksluice: yep, those videos, especially "All the Plenary's Men".... just more proof that what is going on is NO conspiracy theory, it is real, it is in your face and if people don't wake up and eliminate these traitors, America will not survive. I believe it is already too late, we don't have another 10 years, I give us 5.

I agree that these times will define our future.  However I only post questions or facts on matters of inrterst to all shareholder on this site, for the stocks that I own, that is why there are few posts. I'm not interested in posting verbal diarrhea which has nothing to do with the company(s) that we all may be discussing or looking for information on.

It is your prerogative (and loss) to ignore whomever you wish. Please simply exercise that option rather than continually publicize your personal chagrin.

The information pertaining to the stock is well known as is what it is doing today. It can be gathered in seconds and processed in the same. Should everyone talk all day about the same thing over and again until it’s a boring drone? The stock is a very small speck on the world not vice versa. I did not realize you were the supreme leader of all appropriate discussion and conduct.  You run the ...more

Yes, I can remember one morning in 1962 when I got off shift at 7 a.m. and was trying to get home and packed so I could make a 120 mile road trip to play in a baseball tournament and one of those "bully" policemen pulled me over and gave me a speeding ticket and had no compassion whatever about a baseball tournament. I also remember getting caught in a radar trap in the 60's but can ...more

Oops, now I have to temper all of that now that I am taxing my memory for encounters with the police. Takes me back to 1958 when I was 18. I was pulled over for outspeeding a cop on a twisty road for which he said he respected my ability on the turns and would not give me a speeding ticket but he did not like my noisy mufflers so he gave me a warning to get them toned down within 5 days. Such a ...more

Just couldn't resist - quite often bully's get bullied (se Portland) -- but I don't know the facts -- now back to gold. BYN had a good day but KRR did not. Price of gold now down to $1941 and presumably kicked a lot of company's in the teeth. Not sure if anything caused it other than just profit taking which is a regular occurrence. Will it continue into tomorrow or will there be ...more

While being crowded to the left while at high speeds passing all the crowded driver needed to do was slam the brkes on and the other car would be well ahead of you when you next see it! Swerving was the most wrong thing to do. HIT the brakes and most times excape opportunities appear!

Vas you der, Charlie? Yeah, I'll try to remember next time it happens :-))
Comment by jjeerryy on Aug 20, 2020 8:36am
No I was not there Sammy, but I am a very experienced driver and while being a passenger 3 different times in accidents where common people were driving I noticed they do not even hit the brakes at possible accidents. It is like they give up on the premise they are going to collide anyhow with no thought to at least REDUCING IMPACT while hoping to maybe create and escape by trying at least braking ...more
