Addendum

An article taken from "The Australian" suggests that this is the second sit down between KRR and RMS, and that there have been meetings with other suitors.
It said that Haywood has been retained by KRR to facilitate a deal with RMS.
The transaction is expected to be all script.
I haven't seen anything suggesting that there will be no trading of KRR stock today.
