Calculations

Messed around with some numbers.
If my calculations are accurate, and the number is one billion, one share of KRR should be worth close to 3.5 shares of RMS. That works out to approximately $3.85 CN.
The calculation is based on RMS's closing price of $1.56 Australian at the close last Thursday.
As I've said before, even though, if it's an all share deal, and the KRR shares were held until the arrangement was closed, after the voting etc. etc., the vatue of a KRR share would remain three and a  half times the value of an RMS share when trading stops prior to the closing.
Does this make sense?

Regardless of the $3.85 being cash or stock , it is approx. 20% below Friday's closing price so no it wouldn't make any sense as it's a takeunder not a takeover in that scenario. You give me your dollar, I'll give you 80 cents back does not usually have lines forming for it.

If it don't make dollars, then it don't make sense.
