Implications
If RMS is trading, there has to be some significance.
I cannot imagine that the cease trade order could have been lifted if an aggreement was reached.
My best guess is that no deal was agreed to. That does not necessarily mean that negotiations have come to en end.
Maybe Ramelius has been asked to go sharpen the pencil.
So far, the price of RMS has been flat.

Indeed RMS has 1 + billion shares outstanding, in my way of thinking if a transaction is negotiated by a share swap...I would be pleased with recileiving 15-RMS shares for every 1 of my KRR SHARES.
