Has anyone checked the individual histories of mergers & buy-outs that our BOD members have been associated with? Maybe it will give us a better idea of what is going to happen? If new directors are or have been associated with mergers & buyouts detrimental to shareholders in the past, then it will likely happen again. The best way to predict the future is by looking at the past.

Well now that you mention it, Makuch was involved with both Lakeshore Gold (LSG) and Kirkland Lake Gold (KL)  both were sold when he was at the wheel. Some say they were sold at bargain prices. Huet, I'm told, was driving Klondex when it was sold. I should be kicked for staying in Karora after Makuch showed up ....... I don't care for his management approach. The others, I haven't
