I agree 100 % it kills investment for our Country. The funny thing is even the investment we get is highly subsidized by government like the VW battery plant. Everything the Canadian government is doing right now is making things worse. We are one of the highest taxed nations on earth. You have to be smart to stay ahead of the game. Nickel finished 19469 usd Friday. I use maximum tfsa trading account so everything is tax free. I also have rrsp trading account it is tax free until you take money out.  I do have one other trading account that could be taxed but I have the least amount of money in that account.
