RE:RE:Ho, Ho, Joe ..................QF, to my understanding the Medical Marijuana and Cannabidiol Research Expansion Act  currently on the Presidents desk for signing is related directly to improving current R&D hurdles

"If signed into law by the president, the bill “would eliminate the red tape that hinders cannabis research, opening the door for new, innovative treatments derived from cannabis,”


The SAFE Banking Act has stalled at the Senate level as they did not get the support required according to this link.
