ANDA's are required to be submitted to the original manufacturer which is why JAZZ is aware and launching this lawsuit which is commonplace/part of the process in generic development. Pharmaceutical companies have the right to challenge patents in court. The first corp to receive ANDA approval will get 180 day head start. 180 period where no other generics can be marketed or sold. Now the ANDA applicants are in the public realm thanks to JAZZ, it would be nice to hear from MEDIPHARM about the partnership. There are others holding drug masterfile's for CBD however MEDIPHARM Is the only corp at the mass production point, today.
