okgonow. the Ontario Court of Appeals will hear the Hexo (Tilray) / Medipharm appeal on October 12, 2023

Less than 2 weeks left if it isnt settled out of court by then. With only 9 business days remaining before the appeal is scheduled to be heard, its getting almost to late for Tilray to request yet another postponement.....

Cant run from Justice Nicholson's decision forever.
