With some here suspecting Apotex may be Labs globalsecret partner who filed an ANDA in late September 2022, and with the recent FDA inspection of the Barrie facility, and the recent generic Epidiloex lawsuit launched by GW against Apotex, it makes sense that someone with CBD credentials and capabilities had to fill CannTrusts spot after they crashed and burned.  A generic version of Epidiolex will be a goldmine for the first Pharmaco to ring that bell.

Looks like Apotex was already looking at CBD possibilities back in 2018
