TLRY sure as hell knows exactly how much shares every single shareholder has. They have the names of all their shareholders with the number of shares they own. How would they know where to send all their vote documents. If they know who you are and receive a letter from a business because you are a shareholder: they know how much shares you own.
As proof, they state how many shares Medipharm labs CURRENTLY OWNS. Not how much they were given, or whatever else formulation. CURRENTLY OWNS.
