Boys and girls, go check US tlry SEC filings
LABS was issued 1.37M shares on sept 29th and 202k shares on oct 13th.
For each of those filings, the number of tlry shares currently owned by LABS was disclosed.
When they disclosed the second batch of 202k shares on oct 13th, the number of shares currently owned by LABS was 202k.
And so, LABS sold the first batch of 1.37M shares in between sept29 and oct 12th. We do not know the avg share sale price.
Why would LABS sell? Because tlry share price is doomed as they have a ton of debt coming at them and they will most probably dilute their shareholders into oblivion.

OK, so as of 10/13 they sold the initial block and received another 202K block which we don't know about. Sounds great. THanks.

No one knows if Labs held, sold, the initial block. The supplemental prospectus for both issuance clearly states this. They don't know, no one knows but labs management so we will have to wait. I provided S-8 from the sec filing which says this. I'm done with this topic.

Why so indignant? Kind of weird flex.

The irony of your first sentence is awesome.

Lemy, not the smartest I see, I won't forget to bring this back up when the Corp discloses its position on Tilray...this must be the same lemon who discounted the seriousness of the self prospectus years ago..70c down to 7c...I'm surprised you haven't given up already. You've never brought anything of substance or truth to the discussion.

Im'a bring it back up for you kiddo. Seems like I am the smartest in the room between the both of us. It's all good though, I understand people like you never change their mind, even when confronted with undisputable proof. Now go on and speculate with your friends about whatever pharma partners with LABS. I suppose if you mention all of them, you'll get one right.
