RE:RE:Agree our "global pharma partner" is NOT Apotex, it is a My point of fact was strictly w.r.t. the NDA and not of the ANDA. Apotex could be perhaps the 'generic' partner relative to legal matters at hand involving the generic of Epidiolex and recent Health Canada approval of Epidiolex in Canada. The NDA being filed in country of jurisdiction, with the FDA and hence the "traditiional global pharmaceutical partner" that LABS referenced several times is of U.S. incorporation.
ps: Don't you just love it when the roaches crawl out of the wood work adding their propaganda on a down day. I've been around the games played for quite a while and it's like watching re-runs of the 3 Stooges.
oh...and you will not find any filings by Medipharm Labs w.r.t. the NDA because they did not file it, the U.S. pharma partner did that and LABS will get the good news when approved as second hand and we as shareholders will get it third hand.
mdj.....have a great night.
