U.S. based pharmaceutical 'traditional global pharma partner' because the New Drug Application was submitted to the FDA where as Apotex a Canadian company would have made their submission to Health Canada.   So who are biggest U.S. based 'traditional global pharma' companies?  2 names, Pfizer and J & J...so pick one and be happy.
