Everyone is entitled to their opinion but:
I think the only EGO that's getting in the way of what would or wouldn't make sense is yours and your need to be right.
not that we have any say in the matter I will judge MDJ decisions on how to spend the cash on results they generate and VIVO was a great M&A. And if they have a chance to find another candidate that can be successfully bought and integrated and ads value I give it two thumbs up. And if cash gets you the best deal I double down on the 2 thumbs up!
